Personalised Care
What is Personalised Care?
Every pregnancy is different, so care should be too.
Personalised care means your needs and wishes are at the centre of your care. It means doctors and midwives listen to you and support your choices.
You always have a choice about your care.
What is the Personalised Care Toolkit?
We have created this Toolkit to help you understand your choices and feel more involved in your care.
It will help you ask questions and make decisions that feel right for you. It includes:
- Videos about where you can give birth
- Leaflets about your choices
- Tools to help you make decisions
Find out more about each tool on the page below. You can find the complete toolkit at the bottom of this page.
